I grew up in rural Australia, surrounded by wide-open spaces, close-knit communities, and the very real challenges of limited healthcare access. My journey wasn’t paved with privilege or endless resources—it began with a deep sense of purpose and a determination to make a difference.

At just seven years old, I witnessed my father navigate life after a farming accident led to an amputation. Seeing him face those challenges head-on, with limited access to quality care, was the spark that lit my passion for healthcare innovation.

Armed with nothing more than a vision, a laptop, and a relentless drive to create change, I’ve built a career dedicated to improving healthcare access for people everywhere. Through HALO Medical Devices, I launched the world’s most accurate digital goniometer, now used by physiotherapists in 23 countries. Later, I founded Peak Medical to tackle rehabilitation compliance with scalable, tech-driven solutions that empower both patients and providers.

Along the way, I’ve had the honor of being recognized as a Telstra Business Woman of the Year, a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum, and a finalist for the Paul Shetler Award. But those titles aren’t the real measure of success for me. What matters most is the lives transformed, the barriers broken, and the hope restored for communities that deserve access to the care they need.
